About Niamh

Niamh, an advanced skin therapist and cosmetic scientist, proudly rooted in Ballina, Co. Mayo, where I grew up right beside the River Moy. My career has taken me around the world from studying in the U.S. and Australia, to leading global beauty brands in London but my heart has always belonged to the West of Ireland.

After completing my degree in Business Studies and a Master's in Marketing split between Dublin City University and the University of Illinois, I joined the Unilever Future Leaders Programme in London a competitive graduate programme where only a handful are selected each year. Working within Unilever’s marketing department was a dynamic and formative experience that gave me deep insight into global beauty and skincare trends. I later returned to Dublin as a senior brand manager, but my passion for skin health and the science of beauty continued to grow.

Though I initially set aside my interest in beauty to follow a more traditional career path a decision guided by one of my dad’s early pieces of advice: “Get your piece of paper in your pocket first”  I never let go of that dream. While working full-time, I retrained in advanced skincare and cosmetic science, bringing my business and marketing background full circle into the world I was always meant to be in.

Eventually, love (and long-distance flights via Ireland West Airport!) brought me back to the West. Now, I combine science-led skincare knowledge with a results-driven, holistic approach to skin therapy all from the place that’s always felt like home.
