What does it do? 

It’s a multi-peptide serum for face and neck that supports the skin’s structure, firmness and resilience, helping skin look and feel stronger, firmer and healthier. 

Can I use it with retinol? 

Yes. Use your retinol as directed (usually PM) and apply Advanced Support Serum around it. Introduce gradually if your skin is new to actives, and patch test first. 

Can I use it twice daily? 

Yes, it’s designed for AM and PM use. 

Is it suitable for sensitive skin? 

Patch testing is always recommended. 

Does it contain collagen? 

No. Instead of adding collagen, it uses advanced peptides to help support your skin's own natural collagen processes. That's important because topical collagen molecules are generally too large to penetrate the skin effectively, whereas peptides are small enough to interact with the skin's surface and support its natural biological processes.

Is it refillable? 

Yes. Twist the clear outer case to expose the refill bottle, unscrew the empty, screw in a new refill and twist the case back on.

Do I apply it before or after moisturiser?

You apply it before. After you cleanse apply your serums then follow with moisturiser.
